Plain-English notice: This agreement protects MFBA’s course materials, students, brand, and business systems. Access is conditional on compliance.

1. Limited personal license
Modern Freight Broker Academy (MFBA) grants the enrolled student a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials solely for the student's own education. Access does not transfer ownership of any material.
2. Copyright and intellectual property
MFBA owns or licenses its course content, methods, workflows, templates, forms, scripts, pricing examples, training materials, videos, downloads, checklists, simulations, business systems, proprietary teaching structure, lessons, quizzes, answer keys, graphics, processes, branding, and related materials. These materials are confidential and proprietary MFBA information protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
3. Prohibited use
The student must not, directly or indirectly:
- copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, upload, transmit, sell, resell, sublicense, or give MFBA materials to another person;
- share an account, login method, access code, private portal link, screenshot, lesson text, quiz, answer key, download, or certificate;
- screen-record or otherwise capture course materials for redistribution, publication, resale, or access by others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, systematically extract, or recreate MFBA materials or protected delivery systems;
- use MFBA materials to train artificial intelligence tools or models, build datasets, generate competing course content, or create derivative commercial products;
- use automated tools, scraping systems, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to collect or extract MFBA content;
- create, market, or assist with a competing course, curriculum, product, or service derived from or substantially based on MFBA materials; or
- solicit or attempt to recruit other MFBA students for a competing program, product, or service.
4. Access and enforcement
MFBA may suspend or terminate access for a suspected or confirmed violation. Any refund request following suspension or termination is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. MFBA may pursue available legal and equitable remedies.
5. Student responsibility
The student is responsible for protecting their account and must immediately report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
